  1. https://mpbhulekh.gov.in मध्यप्रदेश शासन का भू-अभिलेख के संधारण का अधिकृत पोर्टल है ।
  2. यह पोर्टल पर आमजन के लिए भू-अभिलेख से सम्बंधित विभिन्न सेवा उपलब्ध है जैसे की (1) भू-अभिलेख खोजना (2) भू-अभिलेख की प्रमाणित प्रतिलिपि (खसरा, खतौनी, नक्शा ) (3) अभिलेखागार के स्कैन्ड अभिलेख की प्रमाणित प्रतिलिपि, (4) राजस्व न्यायालय के आदेश की प्रमाणित प्रतिलिपि, (5) भू-राजस्व का ऑनलाइन भुगतान (6) भूमि प्रयोजन व्यपवर्तन का आवेदन, (7) व्यवहार न्यायालय में भूमि पर दर्ज प्रकरण (8) भूमि पर दर्ज जमानत का विवरण (9) भूमि बंधक एवं दृस्टि-बंधक पश्चात भू-अभिलेख संधारण हेतु आवेदन।
  3. “ भू-अभिलेख की जानकारी पोर्टल पर साथ-के-साथ संधारित की जाती है एवं आमजन इन सुविधाओं तो प्राप्त करने के लिए स्वयं किसी कार्यालय जाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। नागरिक भू-अभिलेख की डिजिटली प्रमाणित प्रति प्राप्त कर सकते हैं |
  1. https://mpbhulekh.gov.in is an authorized online portal of State of Madhya Pradesh for maintaining Land Records (both textual and map).
  2. It provides online facilities to public for multiple service such as (1) Search Land Records (2) Certified Copy of Land Records (Khasra, Khatauni, Map) (3) Certified Copy of Scanned Records from Record Room, (4) Certified Copy of Revenue Court Order, (5) Payment of Land Revenue, (6) Land Use Diversion Application, (7) Cases in Civil Court on land, (8) Details of Bail on Land, (9) Bank can apply for update of Land Records for Mortgage and Hypothecation. The citizen can receive digitally certified copy from the portal.
  3. “Land Records information are updated online on real-time basis. Public is not required to visit any office in-person to avail above service.”

भू-अभिलेख में सर्वेक्षण संख्यांक एवं प्लाट संख्यांक का नक्शा ग्रामवार संधारित किया गया है। इस पोर्टल पर किसी भूखंड का नक्शा सम्पूर्ण ग्राम अनुसार खोजा जा सकता है। भूखंड के नक़्शे की प्रामाणिक प्रतिलिपि उनके पास के भूखंडो के साथ PDF रूप में प्राप्त किया जा सकता है|
In Land Records map of survey number and plot number is maintained village-wise. In this portal one can view village-wise map. Certified copy of map of parcel can be also be received from this portal.

अनुसूचित व्यावसायिक बैंक द्वारा भूमि-बंधक भू-अभिलेख में दर्ज इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है | भूमि-बंधक दर्ज करने के लिए प्रथम अनुसूचित व्यावसायिक बैंक के अधिकृत एडमिन को इस पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन रजिस्टर करना होगा, जिसका अनुमोदन CLR कार्यालय द्वारा ऑनलाइन किया जायेगा। अनुसूचित व्यावसायिक बैंक के अधिकृत एडमिन के CLR कार्यालय द्वारा ऑनलाइन अनुमोदन के पश्चात, अनुसूचित व्यावसायिक बैंक के शाखा प्रबंधक इस पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन रजिस्टर कर सकते हैं, जिसका अनुमोदन अनुसूचित व्यावसायिक बैंक के अधिकृत एडमिन करेंगे।
Scheduled Commercial Bank can get their Land Mortgage updated in Land Records from this portal. For registering Land Mortgage first of all Scheduled Commercial Bank authorized admin has to online register on this portal which will be approved online by CLR Office. Once Scheduled Commercial Bank Authorized Admin is approved by CLR Office, Scheduled Commercial Bank Branch Manager can register on this portal online which will be approved by Scheduled Commercial Bank Authorized Admin.

केंद्रीय कोऑपरेटिव बैंक एवं प्राथमिक कृषि सहकारी संस्था द्वारा फसल का दृष्टिबंधक भू-अभिलेख में दर्ज इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है। दृष्टिबंधक दर्ज करने के लिए प्रथम कोऑपरेटिव बैंक के अधिकृत एडमिन को इस पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन रजिस्टर करना होगा जिसका अनुमोदन CLR कार्यालय द्वारा ऑनलाइन किया जायेगा। कोऑपरेटिव बैंक के अधिकृत एडमिन के CLR कार्यालय द्वारा ऑनलाइन अनुमोदन के पश्चात, कोऑपरेटिव बैंक के शाखा प्रबंधक इस पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन रजिस्टर कर सकते हैं जिसका अनुमोदन कोऑपरेटिव बैंक के अधिकृत एडमिन करेंगे।
Central Cooperative Bank and Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society can get their Crop Hypothecation updated in Land Records from this portal. For registering Crop Hypothecation first of all Cooperative Bank authorized admin has to online register on this portal which will be approved online by CLR Office. Once Cooperative Bank Authorized Admin is approved by CLR Office, Cooperative Bank Branch Manager can register on this portal online which will be approved by Cooperative Bank Authorized Admin.

यदि भूमिस्वामी ने अपने भूमि उपयोग प्रयोजन का व्यपवर्तन कर लिया है या करना चाहता है तो इसकी सुचना SDM कोर्ट को ऑनलाइन इस पोर्टल से जमा करना अनिवार्य है। भूमिस्वामी द्वारा व्यपवर्तित भूमि का क्षेत्रफल एवं भूमि का व्यपवर्तित प्रयोजन भरने के उपरांत, सिस्टम स्वतः प्रव्यजि एवं प्रथम वर्ष का भू-राजस्व की गणना करेगा, जिसका भुगतान भूमिस्वामी ऑनलाइन मध्यप्रदेश कोषालय में इसी पोर्टल के माध्यम से कर सकता है|
If a Bhumiswami has changed or intends to change purpose of use of his/her land, it is mandatory to intimate it to SDM Court online from this portal. Bhumiswami need to provide diverted area and diverted land use purpose and system will compute the premium and 1st year land revenue payable which he can pay online into MP Treasury from this portal.
